• Phase 1 = Design development = 25%
• Phase 2 = Local authority documentation = 25%
• Phase 3 = Construction details = 20%
• Phase 4 = Project Management = 30%

Commercial projects’ fees and phases are calculated and based on the latest gazetted SACAP fee guidelines.

Performance discounts are applicable where clients are responsible for referrals which end up in signed contracts.

Multiple projects are also eligible for discounted rates, based on the scope of works and requirements.
